Well! The Donald, reading diligently from his teleprompter, has articulated a New and Improved strategy for Afghanistan! Acting essentially as a ventriloquist’s dummy for his Generals, his bold new approach sounded, in the end, pretty much like the old strategy, with just a couple of twists.
